After two years of cinema studies at the University of Beira Interior, in Portugal, in 2007, obtaining a master's degree in Cinema and Audiovisual at the University of Paris 8 / Vincennes-Saint Denis, then a year of Theatrical Studies in Paris 8.

 

In 2009, he produced and directed a fictional medium-length film, Les Solides . In 2010, he obtained a Master 2 Pro in Documentary Directing, at the University of Paris 8. In 2013, he co-directed with Giulia Prada the documentary Tu voir? Our voices have ways! which represents France in the European Youth Week awards. In 2014, he co-directed and produced with director Nelson Guerreiro the feature documentary CHANGER DE VIE, the life and work of José Mário Branco , first version in world premiere at the 2014 Indie Lisboa Festival, a film that won the prize. audience at the Muvi Lisboa Festival that same year. Then, after several festivals and international meetings, a last version was released in theaters, in 2016, in Portugal, and received the 2017 SOPHIA Prize for best feature documentary.
